It's hard to believe that I'm leaving in two days, on my own, to two countries, for six weeks. I'm a bit nervous about how that's gonna turn out. To think that I won't really have anyone to rely on except myself is quite scary. I've had way too many travel mishaps in the past to make me feel secure about traveling. I think I'm a bit lacking in the "street smart" category that I should be left unsheltered...
Oh well, there's no turning back now.
I am all packed with suitcase within a suitcase, and the whole thing only weighs 34# at this moment. I'm anticipating bringing a lot of things back, but knowing me, it will probably still be half full when I come back due to my stingy self. Bleh.
On to D-day!
